The ones I've tried from random sites on google say they are 100% but when i load the save i get the 1st cut scene and i start from beginning. Save has to be compatible with your version. Just Google GTA SA 1.x savegame. you have to downgrade it.
Update: 10/15/2010: Sorry if I haven't responded or logged back in this account. But the update is that this save game works with European version 1.1. I tested this. Update: 3-1-11 For those who keep saying that when they load this save game it won't load the problem is you either need to downgrade, reinstall GTA San Andreas or Savegame Editor.
